I love your video.  Whole time I'm thinking to myself...walk up the elevator stupid!!!  Sad thing this is the way most Network Marketers go through their whole career...using outdated old-school techniques that you and I know are simply the way of the dinosaur...waitiong on someone else to come and help them with some "magic potion" to make them a success.  Thank God for Mike Dillard and Mark Weiser!  It's not what you say but how you say it.  Asserting the Leadership role.  It's YOUR Million Dollar Company.  So ACT like it.  Would you hire just anyone? Of course not.  This is where it gets fun.  Mike and Mark simply rise your level of awareness ten - one hundred - fold.  It has worked wonders!!

This video is so funny, but at the same time, really think about these individuals and the situation they are in. (Talking Business Here). Somewhere out there is the Sponsor who is responsible for signing these individuals up. 

I mean, is it their fault that they signed up and was "LEFT" hanging once their credit card cleared payment? I have seen, and still see many GOOD people trying to start a home base business, but receive no training from their upline once payment is made.

Many of these so called "LEADERS" live by what I call "The One Night Stand Rule". The meet you, (The Ad), then they have sex with you, (Your Payment),  then you never hear from them again, (Never answer their phone or do any training to help them be SUCCESSFUL)!!!

I will compare my 20 year military history to this comment. Why do you think that we have the MOST POWERFUL ARMY in the world?    

Because as "LEADERS" we know that some day we will have to exit the military, and the NEW SOLDIERS who are entering every day must be TRAINED as we were TRAINED or better, in order to MAINTAIN our status as being the BEST!!!

It's called "DUPLICATION." Train to SUSTAIN!!! I was marching the exact same way in 1983 all the way to 2003, and the same way the soldiers were marching in 1943. How is that possible?

People join YOUR opportunity looking for guidance and DIRECTION. If you choose to enroll members and NOT train them afterwards, or at least call/email them the same amount of times it took you to take their money, then you are "NOT a LEADER!!!" 

It is a NEW YEAR, go through your rolodex, back office, look at your weekly/monthly bank deposits, and do a follow up with the people who has allowed that to happen. 

I am not saying to call 20,000 members, but at least call the one's YOU personally enrolled and give them thanks. See if they need anything from you. Then, have them do the same with theirs, and so on, and so on. Someone is looking for HELP!!!

Soon, your whole TEAM has received a THANK YOU and are MOTIVATED AGAIN which in the long run will reguvinate your bank account. It's like a dead battery, once in awhile you need to put a little electrolyte in the cells to give it that energy your car needs to go from point A to Point B.

I hope I was not to negative here, for my intentions were only to wake up some of those so called "LEADERS" who forgot that is is a Business, and not some game to see who can milk the most Vulnerable in such a weak and distressed economy.

May we ALL have a Blessed and Prosperous NEW YEAR!!
