Are You Getting Ridiculous CTR and Minimal Conversion on Adwords?

I would like to share how frustrated I was with AdWords. It was my first marketing choice, almost instantenously, and I thought "I can figure this out, I have a marketing degree, I'm creative, I don't need a book to teach me!".

Results: $568.34 wasted, 0.22% CTR, minimum grasp of AdWords technology a HUGE icy water shower on my initial excitement.

I went berserk: paused ALL my campaigns, and decided to build my advertisement without google. I'd use inexpensive article posts, web 2.0 and others solely. I broke up with google.

But it's funny how things turn around: I found this movie on YouTube, and it was posted by the GoogleBusiness team, professionals paid by Google, that basically built the freaking thing! I could not ask for better guidance!

It goes for about 50 min, and its basically introductory. To my knowledge, it added plenty; I went back and set up my advertisements with a better notion of what to expect and how to handle my ROI.

I'll post the second part later on today. I know how benefitial this can be for lots of Networkers like me, who just have "mlm & home business" as their keywords.
