Are You Behind the cash register or in front of it?

This is a very good question.

If you are running a business or in an MLM Ask yourself: "Are you in front of the cash register or behind it?"

Are you paying out all the money or are you receiving it?

When I realised I was actually infront (paying) instead of behind (receiving)- it immediately struck me EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO BE DOING IN ORDER TO CHANGE ROLES.

I'll give you an example: I own my own gymnastic business. (I was National Coach for the SA Gymnastics team)

Part of the business includes finding and training good coaches to teach the children top quality gymnastics.

I am always on the lookout and when I find a good candidate I pour hours and hours of training into that coach, while I pay them to teach my kids.

I have no guarantees. After I have taught them the important stuff, they often then go onto bigger things (like start their own businesses) and then I need to start over again- training up newbies to coach for me in my business.
As soon as I realised I needed to get behind the register, things changed.

I put together a formal training course for talented coaches (technical and business).

Now they pay me to teach them - and as part of their obligatory practical teaching hours,

they get to coach my kids (for free).

I get paid to teach them now (which I was doing anyway) PLUS I get free hands on coaching for my business, plus I can "raise the bar"- and only take on people who've been through the course!

Makes me attractive. Gets me infront of the cash register.

Revolutionised my business!

Learned it from a very smart community of thinkers.

They study books like "Think and Grow Rich" and "Power of the Subconscious Mind".

They teach you how to optimise your business (like I did wih my gymnastics business).

They don't teach you to leave your MLM and join them.
