Yes, Jeremy! I agree. You have to take action if you're going to be an effective leader. One thing to remember though, a leader IS NOT a leader unless there are followers. A person can take action, but, if no one follows, they are not a true leader. They're just a person being busy.
However, you make a good point. If you are a person of sincere and dedicated action, most likely people WILL follow and follow "to the end of the world" as you stated.
One constructive criticism: If using video as your teaching tool, use more excitement/emotion in your delivery.
