The topic of this video, although it may seem vague, is designed to demonstrate what yoga & meditation can do for your mind, your body, and your business??? I know it seems a bit weird to have such a topic, but yoga meditation and other forms of visualization can develop the subconscious mind. Meditation and positive affirmations help you overcome adversity in your life, your business, and any area of conflict that you might face. As a spiritual person and a strong believer in God, I have used yoga practice and meditation as a tool to keep focused on my goals in my business and although most may see this demonstration as downright silly...you still watched this weird video and somehow I got your undivided attention with this quick little yoga demonstration. As you can see in this video, headstands and inversions are one of the things that I have mastered in my yoga practice. The mastering of this technique DID NOT come overnight. In fact, I have been focusing on my yoga practice intensely for over a year now. Even more importantly, I had several times where I've fallen flat on my face or back...but with every failure I came one step closer to success with inversions. I now can do armstands, headstands, and handstands. Maybe I'll demonstrate those in another weird video. The point is, success comes through trial and error...as well as mentorship. I have had some of the best yoga instructors out there assist me in my continuous development of practice.
