I am asked all the time if list building sites like Viral Url, List Bandit, and List Joe work, and can answer a resounding YES. I use these services to mail out to 2000 or 3000 of their members every 3 days, and consistently generate quality leads. Its like running solo ads all week long, for one flat price!
