 I was just at a meeting today, and as things started to get going, the moderator noticed a lot of complaining going on among the attendees. She had some folks share what they were gripping about. When this was done, she thanked them, and without saying a word, turned this video on.

Let me tell you that the vibe in the room totally shifted from pity and frustration to excitement and recommitment. Sometimes it just takes looking at things from the outside to see what we have within. Wishing you all success,
