We are at the begining of the year, c'mon, MAKE THE DECISION to be CONSISTENT for real in '09, We CAN ALL DO IT and its quite easy too!!!!
This is an insight of some of my personal tips for keeping me motivated to go to the gym 5/7 days and also participating in 3 sports (VolleyBall, Soccer and Futsalle) on top of that for the last...almost 10 years (woaa...time goes by so fast!!!)!!!
