I'm not a newbie to the industry, but I am to this type of forum, I think the key is to just bite off a little at a time so it doesn't get to overwhelming,  and then nothing is done.  Like anything new it can be a little intimidating at first, but I know that's it's necessary for anyone who wants find quality people to work with.  So if a networker/construction worker with no computer skills can do it,  anyone can.  How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time.
