Just Because Someone Won't Join Your System

Does not mean you should turn your back on them...

Seems obvious but a lot of people do this without even thinking.

More to Life

 Nathaniel,

Good reminders for a lot of us to WHY we're even in Network Marketing. Keep up the good work.

Good opoint

There are volumes already written on this exact subject and it all boils down to your main point,  Its not about me, or my product!!  This IS a people business first, a marketing Biz 2nd, and Products are a slow 3rd.  The reasons people don't come on board, are as varied as the names in the world PHONE BOOK!:   Rule 1,  listen!   Rule 2, Ask them questions,  To "Sell" in this industry is fatal,  People always buy, what THEY want anyway.  In this down financial crisis, people are flat out scared STIFF!!

Some one trying to SELL them anything, is doomed to fail.  Its solutions they need, and solutions, ideas, hope and concepts you should bring.  Marketing 101 shows most deals are struck between the 8-12 encounter.  So, you are so right, don't burn the bridge, just keep the pipeline filled!! Good Job.

Great Video

Nice video Nathanial,

It would be nice if it was so easyto enroll people from social sites. It is really like you said, it's about forming relationships. It could take months before someone joins your team. The most important thing is to sort them out and find the ones that are interested now. Then you could concentrate your time with those you feel are good prospects and help them along the path to success.

The feeling is mutual!

Great job with the video Nathaniel. You're exactly right.

Would the Toyota mechanic be mad at you because you took your Honda to the Honda dealership to be worked on instead of his? Probably not.

Does the owner of a McDonald's franchise not like you because you're a health nut and go to Subway instead of his restaurant? Probably not.

There are so many reasons for people not joining people at a very specific time in the prospecting funnel. A lot of those reasons are legitimate. As a sponsor and mentor we often think the other persons reasons for not joining are just excuses but we have to realize our system may not be for the majority of people out there even though it works for us and many other people too.

It's up to us to find the people who are ready and guide them each step of the way. When the time is right for the people we created relationships with several months ago or even a year or two ago to join, we must keep that doorway open.

There's lots of restaurants, clothing stores, car dealerships, department stores and grocery stores out there and we certainly don't shop at all of them. We pick the one that best suits our needs. Whether we shop at one store today or tomorrow, it depends on when I need or want what you're offering.

Great job!

This is so True.  I am so glad I do not have to do that ever again.  I just get to focus on Making Friends.  So much Easier.  You have great video Presense.  you should be in the Movies.
