Please help me!

My fiance has constant headaches and is considering going to the hospital. She's in the Philippines, and the headaches are centered in the sinus area, not migrains but dabilitating  all the same. I think they are allergy related, and don't know, but I can't send her products because they get stolen in the mail. Do you know any herbal treatments, or acupuncter that could help her? I don't expect free advice, but its a desperate situation. Thanks for your time Karen!
