:) I like your attitude
Hi Diane, you are so right, yes when someone starts and does not know a lot about this online marketing industry it is possible they "grab their mentor from the neck" with questions like this and the truth is as you said that everything is on everyone's fingertips, right in front of them as long as they are willing to learn and do their own personal extend research.
High self-motivation is essential for claiming any level of success when someone starts an online business, he has to think for himself and act for himself.
Thanks,
Best Regards,
Joanna Vaiou
Thank You
This will be one of the first videos I send my new team members too. Piddley questions can be such time and energy drainers for mentors. You are very nice and concise in encouraging people that they can be resourceful very easily with the power of google!
Thanks for this valuable video!

"attitude" post
You could have said the same thing without the mocking sarcasm. All these sponsors that are so successful like to say they talk the talk and walk the walk. They are NOT walking the walk if they say they want to help you be successful but have no time to return your call or email because they are too busy recruiting. They should at least help their new recruit get up and running if they accept money from them: especially since they are going to immediately be pushing their next product to their list. It seems to me that the system would be even more effective if the sponsor would keep their promise to help their new recruit get started generating income while they expand their marketing skills. If a great recruiter is experiencing high attrition, then I submit to you that s(he) is not walking the walk.
Viva well meaning posts!

Interesting
Hi William...
I found your comment to be interesting.
I have a funny feeling that you may have had a bad experience
somewhere along the line as you seem to be reading a lot into what I covered on the video.
My intention was to teach people how to handle the simple stuff so they can focus in on the big stuff with their mentors.
The kinda stuff you can't learn from a book or from a video tutorial.
Never said anything about not calling people back or not helping them.
I also never said anything about the mentor being their "sponsor" as the mentors that people find are often NOT their sponsor but an great upline, sideline or even a hired trainer who ends up taking a special interest in a person.
Here is the difference between a sponsor, a coach and a mentor...and they are VERY different things...
A sponsor is the person who introduces you to a business opportunity.
A coach is someone you pay to train and motivate you.
A mentor is someone who has taken a special interest in
you and who desires to pass their knowledge legacy into you.
They do this for free because they are COMPELLED to.
You can buy a sponsor...
You can buy a coach...
A MENTOR needs to be earned.
And part of earning mentorship is showing the potential teacher
you are a DOER and that if they were to pass their legacy unto you
that you would use it properly and with good intention.
The person that I was talking about in this video is a GREAT person.
But they momentarily went into a victim state and started calling out the words I CAN'T and I DON'T KNOW HOW
This video was designed to help people see that most of what they need is right at their fingertips and that if they can learn to do research on their own they can attract a higher level of mentorship that will take them to their desired goal.
Hope that helps everyone understand about what mentorship is.
Be careful who you call your MENTOR.
Be careful who you decide to become protege to.
And do everything in your power to become all you can become and you will be STUNNED at who shows up in your life.
Attraction marketing is not just about finding prospects.
It is also about attracting mentors and colleagues that can save you YEARS of frustration and thousands of dollars.
I hope you all attract the mentor of your dreams.
The one you click with who helps you find YOUR way.
Cause you see...
There is not a right way...
There is not a wrong way...
There is only one way.
YOUR WAY
Find it and all the blessings and prosperity you seek becomes yours...
And then...
All of a sudden...
YOU become the mentor to another.
It's a marvelous cycle :)
And I am so proud to have come full circle and become a mentor to many.
Makes my heart sing!
Excellent!
Diane,
I so appreciate the no-nonsense, direct and truly helpful information that you consistently provide. It is individuals like you who raise the bar in our industry, and allow others, if they choose, to reach for excellence. No excuses.

You're right Dianne... wake them up!
I'm right there with you. I learned everything I know in Google. Yep, 100%!
Webmastering, copywrrting, lead generation, SEO, PPC, articles, computer troubleshooting...you name it. Just type in what you need to know and the right answer or course always comes up! 280,000 downline in the last 36 months built online....I guess it works right? Anyone looking a baby sitter? Her name is Google...and she's good!

Excellent!
Thank you for the video and the response to William Drake. Your true intention to help people without regard to financial reward comes through loud and clear. I can relate to asking my mentors trivial questions like you mentioned, not realizing that Google would have the answers. Never again will I waste their time with that stuff. Keep up the good work, Diane
Ain't It the Truth?
As a sponsor I can relate to this problem. I've had people who didn't know how to copy and paste. I send them to Google every time. I don't have time to waste on teaching such trivial things. If they see the power of Google firsthand they will become more self sufficient.
Nice!!!
No one could have said it better than you. You have to earn the right to have a mentors. All mentors follow the 80/20 rule. They only pay attention to those that acts like a leader and want to think for themselves.
Thinking on your own
Thank you for this great vid. This is the reason for me being in business is show people that freely thinking for yourself is the only way the world will change. So thank you again for this great info.
