First Page Of Google In Less Than 24hrs With No Backlinks Created?

http://tristanrichards.net As you are watching this video my blog post Entitled "How To Easily Get Home Based Business Leads With Viral Host" may not be ranking on the first page of google anymore, but it was there for a few hours getting me traffic to my blog and leads.

Note that I have not done any form of marketing to create backlinks to this post. All I did was to Optimize my Content using the SEOPressor Wordpress Plugin & then Submitted it to a Free Content Syndication Platform Called Tribe Pro.
