Google "Plus One" - What it means to network marketers

So, Google just introduced its "Plus One" or "+1" feature that essentially mimicks the "Like" button on Facebook.

What does this mean?

Well, Google is basically turning the ENTIRE Internet into a gigantic Facebook (with Google Profile being revamped as well)!

In my humble opinion, this is a very good move on Google's end because it adapts the power of social media and lets the end-users tell Google what they want more than ever.

This means EVERYONE needs to pay more attention to giving value and providing content, products, services that people actually want.

What this means to network marketers?

Creating unique, original content and value via blog posts, videos will become more and more essential for ANY networker who desires to use search engines (or Google at least... for now) as a tool for business.

This will likely weed out the pretenders that learned a thing or two about how to show up in search engine results, whether paid or organic (*wink), and allow more content that have real value to come up faster.

The true meaning of "duplication" continues to evolve in our industry, and more often than not, it has been misinterpreted.

Duplication does not mean being a mindless zombie or drone that just parrots what the "upline" says.

Duplication to those that actually has some success in the industry seems to be adapted as "a set of simple guidelines that they need to follow to see results."
