How to Hit the 1st page of GOOGLE in less than 48 hours

Both of these examples below happened in very different lengths of time, however the one thing they have in common was they both hit the first page of Google after I learned about some On-Page Optimization techniques to help my rankings.

The top ranking "Daily Blog Visitors" only took 2 days to hit the first page of Google and start getting me some free web traffic.

While the 2nd picture took over a year to hit that ranking, and it only happened after I implemented these simple on-page optimization techniques.

Here is a list of the on-page optimization essentials:

- have an image with the keyword as the 'alt tag'

- have your keyword density between 1%-2%

- underline a keyword

- italicize a keyword

- Bold a keyword

- have an H1 Tag with the keyword in it

- have an H2 Tag with the keyword in it

- Have an H3 Tag with the keyword in it

- make sure the external links are "nofollow' links

SEOPressor Case Study

As an SEO guy, SEOPressor is pretty asmazing.

The on-page stuff is the "complicated" part for a newbie. And it's a simple, quick check for more advanced people.

I did a case study on how I used this to secure an ultra-targeted industry keyword. I purposely have not got ANY backlinks into the page in question (which has moved up since it was first posted.).
