A few days ago I posted this "Leadership Mantra" - Recognition and Appreciation are the fuels that build and strengthen every friendship.

I believe that everyone is in search of Attention, Recognition and Appreciation.

The people who made this video are a classic example of "Wasted Talent."

While this short little video is somewhat entertaining, I think the Title is also very apropos.

What are you doing to strengthen your personal relationships, increase your referrals and enhance your client retention rate?

This is funny video

This is a comical video made for TV. It does not show any appreciation for his actions and no one will want to watch it. I have the attention and the recognition but it is in another field. The appreciation and recognition is what I am working on.
