Backing up Facebook Files

Recently came across this tip for backing up your Facebook files and thought I'd share it. However, I decided to test it live before posting.

I've been having problems like a lot of others with FB claiming I'm spamming and they suspended my acccount for 2 days. So I decided to try this as a precautionary measure.
