How to block those annoying Facebook Apps

Hello, Betternetworkers!  If you are also using other sites to network for your business, I'll bet you agree with MrThomasL regarding the proliferation of silly apps.  He says:  "To be honest, in the beginning it was nice, but now it is turning into a nightmare. My facebook account was beginning to look like MySpace! I made a quick video to show you one of the ways to block those apps."

Thanks Lynn for posting this, I've used it and what a breath of fresh air not to see those apps cluttering my profile! I want people to get to know me and it was impossible for them to find my content amongst all those apps!

I do get a lot of these, and I worry about not answering/being rude. Now I will just block the apps and be done with it.
