I agree, BUT...
Every relationship has to start somewhere and we never really know what seemingly superfluous tidbit will spark a true, meaningful, mutually beneficial relationship. So we continue reaching out, noticing and being noticed back, never knowing how or when a spark will ignite and something "real" will happen :-)
P.S. Personally, I save the "dog worm" stories for my very bestest friends anyway!! LOL

One at a time
Still like this video...setting up the foundation (which is a few people to begin with) really takes time and effort. Worth it, and if JVs are to pop up I'd very much be wanting to know who I'm working with in business!
