A sad reality in network marketing is leaders who work hard and reach significant pin levels in their company only to fall back down to a level where they need to go back to work to make a living. This is due to downline attrition, and a leading cause for attrition is an MLM compensation plan that does not reward the hard working distributors in the field but only those at the top who have long retired.
