I posted a long comment about the NarcthatCar piece you did. But now you provide even greater insight and food for thought here. It is scary as all get out to think people are climbing aboard this wagon, giving out private information, and God knows what else. As a survivor of violent crime myself, I am ultra sensitive to certain situations. If I ever caught someone sitting in a car and conducting survelliance of any type, you can be sure I will react first-ask questions later.
I have a real problem when it comes to invasion of privacy-even when it comes from our own government and law enforcement agencies.
History shows we have some real sick pups out there and many hold a legitimate law enforcement position. Now, we open it up to the masses of people trying to make a buck with no concious of where the info ends up.
I am with you, I think we are obligated to not only ban these companies from this site, but to report it to the BBB, FBI and so on. If it is legitimate then so be it. If not, then you get what you deserve by having someone pry deep into your so called company practices.
Beware those that choose to do business with them! Stand up and do not allow this to happen!

This is part of why I joined and paid the extra $10 monthly for the ABM.
I'm probably the stupidest person in the ABM ( I'm smart enough to pay $10 monthly though).Thank God I did not have to qualify. I'm half kidding. I work very hard at learning and implementing PROPER TECHNIQUES AND NEVER SPAM.
I just happen to be years behind you experts here of which there are many.
Having said that you do not have to be an expert marketer to have honsety and integrity. Just apply some old common sense values and listen to what Troy is saying.
This type of "flavour of the day,week or month crap hurts many ,many new folks and that is why I will not ever buy in to this type of noobie killing program.
I do blog about this kind of behaviour with a little more feeling because I can't write what I really think about these types of people and programs here.
I'm actually surprised that people in the BN and even the ABN are defending and even promoting this.
Maybe read Mike's book again.
Just sayin.
