Sorry to hear about a company with bad management. Do the due dilligence first. That is why I am with XanGo. Awesome Management team! I guess we can only wish that all founders of MLM companies be people with integrity. Not all are.

Another BLACK EYE

Hello My Friend:

Thank you for giving us this (awful) alert.

Sadly, this represents one more "black eye" for our industry.

And sadly - as always - those who suffer the most when this happens are those who have 'worked their hearts out' to BUILD this company => the Reps / Distributors / Affiliates.

SELF BRANDING - Once again, this points out the critical need for people in this industry to never make their "MLM" their only "business".

BUSINESS 'STRUCTURE' - Instead, they need to put together a Business ENTERPRISE => with a good "Marketing Funnel" in place - where they might have a Funded Proposal, to give quick "cash flow" on the front end - and a (hopefully, a solid) MLM, to create [an important] long term "residual income" on the back end.

MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS - As well - to "protect" themselves (so they won't be so vulnerable IF their company 'hits the wall' - or they decide to bypass their Reps by 'going direct', like XELR8 - or they [often unjustly] decide to 'terminate' Reps, because of harsh P&Ps, etc) => they need some DIVERSIFICATION in their revenues.

I'm "not" suggesting they participate in "multiple" MLMs - NO.

Instead, they need to have some good AFFILIATE programs in place for this (as ALL Reps will need and want certain tools and resources represented by these).

EDUCATION - As good as this industry is (and it IS) - there has never been a more urgent need for "Distributor education" about the RISKS involved in this industry.

DRA - And this is why I continue to be so 'passionate' about the value of our DRA (Distributor Rights Association - where I served for almost 4 years on the Board Of Directors, representing Canada). Our DRA is made up of people who work on a "voluntary" basis - no remuneration whatsoever. It is the "only" organization in the world that represents "strictly" Distributors. It is a non-profit, global resource that serves to educate, protect and preserve the 'rights' of Distributors everywhere.

Anyway - I didn't mean to 'sermonize' on this - it's just that we both know that they (we) can do a number of intelligent things to ensure that - when we're hit with a BLOW such as this - we can 'recover' without the usual financial and emotional devastation.
