My 60 Day Challenge - Join Me!

Brigitte Mehr invites you to get started with her on a 60 day challenge to get you all ready to end the year on a healthy & high note & to start 2009 in the best possible place – from the top.

2008 Has been a phenomenal year for personal & business growth – I would never have dreamed it possible just 1 short year ago that I would come so far so quickly.  I was a total ‘newbie’ last October & now enjoy the success I dreamed of in those early days.  I intend 2009 being far bigger & better!

My 60 day challenge is looking at my health – cleaning up my diet, increasing my level of exercise getting more sleep.

Committing myself to making at least 25 more videos in this time – videos that offer value & useful information, rather than just making videos for the sake of it.

To go somewhere new & to meet with new & fabulous inspiring people whilst I am there.

To add value & impact for as many people as I possibly can

To acknowledge & to take full responsibility for my power.  To allow myself to grow into it & to expand it.  This will mean moving out of my comfort zone but as we all know our greatest periods of growth occur exactly when we do this.

To start 2009 as a strong powerful being who adds value & enrichment to others without want for myself.

This is all about being so thankful for where I am & who I have become & to try & make repayment by helping others to become the same.  The more we can grow & help each other as a whole, the better the world will become.
