If you have ever heard of the Pareto Principle, you know that this deals with the 80/20 rule. One way this relates is that 80% of your companies problems may come from 20% of your customers and you should not think twice about firing your problems or putting them into a more automated system where you do not have to deal with them as much.

The Pareto principle also relates to the idea that 80% of your sales efforts might come from only 20% of what you do, while 80% of what you do, might only result in 20% of your profits etc.
