Juanita - that is great. I don't think anyone is so gifted or skilled that they couldn't use more personal development. I love to learn - another thing is I have to put it into practice. I learned it but because it was out of my comfort zone it wasn't easy to actually do. I guess no one said it would be easy! LOL
