How Make A Grouchy Bear Become A Teddy Bear.

I am posting this video on an experience I had from the training I received from Dale Carnegie Training center in Dallas/FortWorth. We were challenged to pick one of the principles from the golden rules booklet. As I point out in my article,How To Win Friends and Influence People, the Golden Rule Book is taken from the book "How To Wind Friends And Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. 

I tried to post the video on the article but it wouldn't work. When I posted the video here, I realized I could have done the article here with the video. I guess it's just a matter of learning how to use this site. It seems I have to make a mistake first so I can learn the right way to do something.
