Is Attending Company events Important?

Do you think that attending your company events are really important to your growth and steady learning and belief in your Network Marketing company? I know many people that believe that going to company events is just another Rah Rah session designed to Hype you on the products and services and into also building your organization as HUGE as it can grow. (That's the point right?) Building an Organization just like the Corporate Giants? Well I am about to dispel the Myth of Why you should or should not attend Your companies events.

Look at the Glacier above.. Do you see how on the Surface you can only see just the TIP of the Iceburg.. This is how most Network Marketers that don't attend events look at them. They can only see the Surface.. They can't see what's beneath the surface or actually whats inside of them and What's waiting for them as soon as they commit to Attending events!

What most of us Network Marketers need to truly understand is that over 50% of the Population is not cognitively wired to be successful in this type of Business. The Majority of the people that you introduce or Interview to partner with you in business are not Qualified to be in Network Marketing because of their Mindset alone. Many of the individuals that join partner in Network Marketing still have the same old mindset that its a JOB which it is not. You have to build this like a Professional business and until that is done you won't be successful.

Here are some reasons why Most don't Attend their company events...

1. They feel they already know it all - The person that feels like they know it all is usually the same person that actually does not know an absolute thing about the business. They are usually procrastinators and always say they are going to do something and NEVER deliver results. Something always magically comes up why they can't attend events. Let me ask you this Question, if you Boss asked you to attend a Company event would you attend it? Would you make it priority? So why do you not attend when its YOUR business?
2.  These events are all the Same - If your company has Regional and National events, some business partners will say that these events are all the same and are designed to keep you excited about your business. The individuals that say its all the same is the individual that has NEVER attended a single event. Or they may have attended one event and now think all are created equally. (Wrong)
3. These events are just a bunch of HYPE - The individual that says that these events are Hype is again someone that is most likely stuck in their business and won't ever get un-stuck because they lack the necessary Humility to learn from others and see the events as they are on a case by case basis. Its no Hype or Spin, just plain old fashion Networking. Really how is anyone going to know you if you don't Network?
4. I can't afford it - You know what I say to this person? You can afford whatever it is you TRULY want. If you wanted to do something really bad no matter what, you would afford it. Some of the events are months in advanced and if you were to save up over a few months at a time you would be able to attend all events. Again, on your Job today, when you have to travel for a Conference, do you tell your boss you can't afford it? I think not, again these people have no Self Belief whatsoever.
5. I won't get anything out of these events - Truly, the real reason why I continue to grow and build my business is absolutely because of Events. If it were not for Events and always taking part, I would most likely be like the other 95% of people who just Quit and give up. Attending your company Events are the single Most important aspects of building your business. You must get there no matter what..

Now this is what I say to those that still don't believe. Can you show me one of the Top Income earners in your company that has NEVER attended an event and has made it to the top of the company. See it takes dedication and doing what you say you are going to do LONG after the feeling of Euphoria is gone. Attending events is for the True Network Marketer that really wants to grow their Organization. Don't try to drag your Team to the events. If they don't attend you need toLEAVE them alone and move on. These people will never see the Big picture even though they tell you a Million times that they do see the big picture.
