It's Important To Understand People - Introverts Included!

As many people know, I am an introvert, and the longer I am in business, the more I realize that people don't really understand my personality type...so I want to share some of what I am learning. As I understand myself better, I am finding that I am also understanding others better too, and I am more easily able to love people who are nothing like me.

I am learning to be very patient when interacting with extroverts as I am sure they have to be patient with me. I think that being able to handle different personalities is really critical, no matter if you are a parent, a business owner, a spouse, or just someone who wants to interact better with others in the world.

Heaven for an introvert is reading and thinking quietly....preferably alone...
