How to build your Network Marketing Board of Directors
I can’t begin to explain to you how important your Board of directors are for your business. In Network Marketing or any business for that matter your Board of directors should be the key focus to whom you are looking to work with. If you are starting a Network Marketing business do you look for the best or do you look for just anyone?
Over the past few years in Network Marketing, the reason why I was not successful when I first started and Now my business is flourishing is because I wanted just ANYONE to join my business. I did not have this concept of my Board of Directors for my business. What you should be doing is really turning people away from your business and sorting for Leaders and people who are serious about generating a Full-Time Income on a Part-Time basis.
So your Board is critical to your success. When I first started, I would ask ALL my Friends and Family to join my Business. WHY? I thought they would see what I saw and also, it’s what I was told to do. NOW, I don’t want my friends or family anywhere NEAR my business because they most likely don’t want to be in business with you anyway. And if they did, I would turn them down because that relationship would not work effectively. (Not saying it never does work, but the majority of the time it does not).
Keep in mind also that almost 90% of people are not cognitively wired to own a Network Marketing business and be successful. Most get excited about the idea of making money, but would rather have someone tell them what to do and how to make money. So Sort for your Leaders, don’t settle!
