We must apply Maxwells information. We need to stick to our decisions and control them for us to get the results that we want. Successful people made their decisions very wisely and quickly. But they changed them slowly.
Furthermore we must learn skills as well. Tom Big Al Schrieter says that skills are attractive. Do you want someone who is negative with skills to do the job or someone who is positive but incompetent. The only person who is qualified is the one with the skills NOBODY else.
