Now, to get a  new team member started off quickly, it makes sense for them to start contacting their warm market. 'llI often encourage my new team members to do it as well.

But there's a difference. There's a game changer which your upline sponsor doesn't know and here's the worst thing: It's absolutely KILLING YOUR BUSINESS!! But it's not your fault. So don't take on that burden. Instead, please understand that it's your upline sponsor who is failing you. Now, there are some super great sponsors out there who don't fit into this category. If you're with one of these, that's great! You're where everyone ought to be: with someone who is actually committed to your success.

Unfortunately, there are some people in the MLM industry who focus solely on sponsoring and not on team building. If you're good at selling, which I for one never do in my business, then you can build a huge downline very fast. That's not exactly accurate, it was our fault that we continued in a situation that clearly wasn't working and obviously wasn't going to work. Where we made our mistake was in not making a change in our MLM company sooner.
