Becoming the leader that doesn't hold people's hands but rather teaches them to move into the leadership role themselves.
Probably ego is a big factor there - Look at me I know everything - Ask me ! You become indispensable to your team's success and they collapse if you are not there. Huge EGO trip there and in the final analysis you are hurting your downline.
