You recruit who you are

There is more than just skills and the how 2's of network marketing. We also have to develop the person we are.

There is a term in network marketing you recruit who you are. In other words you can only recruit people who are in your own center of influence. You have to develop yourself into someone else to expand other people.

The Lotus code is one way we can become more on the inside.
