Never Prejudge

Today I want to talk about prejudging! It is amazing how much we  prejudge people. We prejudge the stranger and we prejudge people we  know. We look on the outward appearance and judge whether that person  will measure up to whatever we are thinking about it.</p>

So for example in the UK awhile back there was a talent show to find  the best singer in the land.This lady, called Susan Boyle was a middle  aged lady who had loved singing all her life but never got a real chance  of showing how much talent she did have. It was amazing to see how  everyone prejudged her as she walked on the stage and spoke in the  microphone.

Watch the faces as the cameraman captures the prejudgment of the  people and clearly shows that the people do not expect her to perform  well at all! What did they base this assumption on? It can only be her  appearance! Susan sings and captures the audience and the world&rsquo;s heart  as she sings!

Then again in Pursuit of Happyness there is a scene where Chris  the main character turns up for an interview in clothes that cause the  whole panel to prejudge Chris. But again there is the surprise in store.  Chris goes on to be mega successful!

NEVER prejudge it is my belief that there is greatness in everyone  one of us! It is just a matter of time before that greatness will be let  out and revealed. There will be that special moment, a chance is given  and greatness is seen.

In your business give your best presentation every time to each and  everyone! Each person deserves to have that chance given to them. Once  they join you again give each one every chance to shine and grow and you  help them to show how great they truly are.

You never know who will rise up and be the superstar &ndash; it is a costly  mistake indeed to prejudge&hellip;make a decision today to change and give  everyone the benefit of the doubt. You will be amazed how that will  encourage everyone on your team to rise to greatness!
