This is a very inspiration video in which Will Smith talks about Mindset, Skillset, Focusing and Believing in your Self.  People may be talented, but there is a distinction between Talent and Skill.  In order for you to get what you want, take alook at your workeffort.  Work hard, focus and develop your skillset, do something everyday and believe in yourself and make a choice. "It  is our choice that show what we truly are, far more than our abilitie".   Its thats simple!!
