that you sometimes get to your mind. But I think Lynn, you are aware and you do know how to get rid of them. Sometimes it takes longer than other times to dismiss them, but eventually you will. Only one thought can dominate your mind. I choose positive thoughts. Thanks for great value. Great Video.

Strychnine in the well... Reminds me of another story I read a long time ago about a wise mom who put peelings in the salad she was making for supper while her teenage daughter watched in amazement... illustrating a similar principle.

I love Anne of Green Gables! Loved the books best, though.

Found out it's an extremely poisonous white crystalline alkaloid. YIKES!

The Lynn Jones Videos Have Arrived

Yes I have a big huge smile I am listening to the Anne of Green Gables book on Tape with my 8 year old. Anne with an e. When Rachel Lind shows up Sometimes it is hard to bear. But Better use of our time would be to make a video about it to help others bear up under the pressure to Go on our Journey to Pursue our Calling our Mission. Which is to live a life of abundance and to help others get out of Debt and not depend on the government at 65. Can we do it Yes if we do not put Strychnine in the Well of our thoughts. Love this Video! And the energy. Thank you Lynn for this refreshing Video.

Way to go on your video!! You did a great job and I think you should do more.Even one negative thought leads to more and more and before you know it you have a mountain out of a molehill.I shows in your demeanor and your posture. The same is true with positive thoughts, however the view is much prettier.

I'll Never Think of Anne of Green Gables the Same

Very nice job with this, Lynn. I love Anne of Green Gables and so this really triggered some things in my mind.

When I find myself sinking into that well, I grab the nearest "inspirational" thing I can find. My Mind Movie works great for this, but Inspirational Quotes also help. I know now that the negative thoughts do NOT have to take root. I have the tools to make them vanish.

Wonderful, Congratulations the things that I keep in my mind and roll over and over ore sometimes paralyzing. Thank you for helping me to set myself free, if I choose to. "choose" being the big word here. I can choose to stay stuck also, this of course not being a wise choice.

It is imparative that we protect the mind and the though process. Loss of sleep can cause the body to not work properly.

Your word picture was on spot. The influence and and does come from many sources. Alway have you positive guard to squash the negative intake.

Brilliant Work Lynn

It takes guts and a certain amount of confidence to take the risk of getting on camera and be 1:1 with us, and you did brilliantly. I was most impressed with your message, "don't allow strychnine in your mind to linger", because I can totally related. It is especially difficult when that "strychnine is our personal creations to those whom we are closest to.

I am so grateful for the personal development tools that I have learned and choose to take action with on a daily basis to combat "strychnine in the mind", like the Sedona Method.

Sincerely wonderful job of stepping out of your comfort zone, Lynn, and trust me when I tell you it gets easier every time you do it.

You have to protect your mind from negativity to attract prosperity into your life. It's a law. I can't wait to see more videos from you! I personally can identify with the "slump" you are speaking of. It happens to the best of us.I know that if I let negativity into my mind, my blessings will stop & I will loose my ability to attract the people that was meant to help build my billion dollar team. Once you get you mind to accept yourself. We don't do videos out of fear. Today you took the step and just did it. Way to go!!!! You see how well it went and what great responses you got for it.

Loved the message. We CHOOSE our thoughts. If you feel something negative inside you, you just change it. The same thing you did with your video today. Super!
