Very personable. We do a lot of what we like to call "Active Listening". Makes the "talker" feel appreciated and they will open up to you which in turn makes it easier to qualify them. Thank you.

Sometimes in sales we get so excited about our agenda we don't include the prospect in the conversation. It becomes a pitch which everybody hates. My general rule of thumb is if the client is not talking at least 50% of the time things are going well because I haven't done a good job engaging the prospect.

I've always believed that one can learn something the easy way or the hard way. Why make it hard for oneself? That's why I listen to those who have gone before me. After all they've been there and done what I want to do and so they do have something to teach me.

I really appreciated your video and your in depth take on succeeding. For some it may take a long time to succeed, but it doesn't matter as long as they never quit, which tends to be an easy answer for a lot of people.

Although, choosing to quit definitely hurts them in the long-run.

Great video. It's tough for new people to get in the flow of asking questions genuinely when, for some, it doesn't come naturally at first. It's amazing what a difference it makes when you drop the "script" and just have a normal conversation!
