I love Jim as well when I first started my business I listened to him repeatedly! What really hit me was the souler and the reaper. If you share a good idea long enough it will eventually land on good people (^_^)
We all have good companies with good products we just need to find good people to share our ideas with who see and share our vision of success and are willing to work towards them!
