Hi Diane, Great points there

Hi Diane,

Great points there about how to get what you want instead of what you don't want.

I think too many business owners dangle the "big bucks" carrot out there in their marketing so that's what they attract - people who want to make a buck. One should think carefully about who you want and how you are communicating that.

In terms of attracting "go getter business builders" one can't assume that those who are employed understand that being in business means taking full responsibility for everything. They have known nothing but the opposite as that's what the employed model is all about. This means we should take more time with the selection process doing what we can to inform any prospect what is ahead which is not a "no effort for big bucks proposition!

Also we should make sure as much as we can that the person has the potential to take responsibility for themselves. Personally I ask prospects to tell me about other achievements in their lives and how they got there. I can tell within minutes whether I want the person on my team.

All the best,
Marcus Baker

Hello Diane, Loved the Video, Very New, I started 8 weeks ago.

I have been in hospitality most of my life and at the age of 40 the only things i have done on the internet were, checking emails and playing games. If you get a chance to read my biography, I go into a bit more detail on why I needed to change and how an online Home Based Business was the right way to go. I liked your energy and your honesty, you remind me of myself, like a cork out of a champagne bottle. I have "Mike Dillards" Magnetic Sponsoring and what an eye opener and he is right too, You and you along can change your destiny.

Thank You again Diane.
I look forward to the assistance that you can give to help me with my Financial Freedom and Personal Success.
