Just do home meetings with small groups. So that everybody is able to ask and talk.

I'm glad to know I am not the only one that didn't like home parties. Alcohol can definately make them a lot more fun and interesting. A friend hosts Makeup and Margarita afternoons/evenings and gets a huge turnout.
