It's Somewhere In The Middle

More and more people are being attracted the work from home model however there seems to be more and more confusion at the same time. Leaders all over the world think that the sky is falling when in actual fact it has never been more stable and clear.

The big question is "Do I believe the hype around old school is dead or not?"

In my mind it is a simple question to be answered and it can be answered by just looking at the personality types.

I know many people have different names for the different types of personalities. It is a shame because this just brings confusion as well.

More on this in another training but not everyone is going to have the patience to sit down and learn all the things they need to learn to become a great internet marketer. And Yes I KNOW everyone has a system to do it for them and train but nothing is really going to work for everyone.

So it is my experience that true success in your business is not going to come from an either or approach but from having the ability to support the people where ever they are at.

I like to say it is somewhere in the middle.

Lets look at what I believe are becoming crucial components of building your business. (I say ARE becoming because this is NOT always the fact. I have 6 figure income earners who can only just turn on a computer and send an email, yet have growing international businesses):

1. Be a good people person. (if you know how to treat people well and be their friend you will always have people to speak to.
2. Have somewhere to send the people.
3. An Autoresponder (most of the 6 figure income earners I know DO NOT use these)
4. Good copywriting (again most of them don't know how to do this either)
5. Be good with people (yes I have said this twice because it is that important)

I know some of you are thinking what is he talking about? It's just I want you to know that if you want to build a strong sustainable business get good with people first and understand that everything is about balance.

So in my opinion and I hope you don't mind me having one, success is somewhere in the middle.

Give the people something they can belong to and be a part of. Something that brings community, family and at the same time results and you will be on a winner.
