Great video-- question for you
Diane,
Great video! Thank you for sharing. Great tips and very motivational! Question for you-- you said that you have to do what works for you whether it is old school, new school, or a combination of both. What methods have been most successful for you?
Hi Brittney
You asked about what methods have been successful for me...
I have done local stuff like classifieds and flyers successfully...
I have promoted local opportunity meetings successfully
Called and mailed postcards to leads successfully...
National ads in industry publications successfully...
And of course today I use a ton of social media successfully.
And this is what I prefer..sure is a lot more fun than pounding the pavement or calling strangers :)
Bottom line is that we need to have an action plan that includes at least 3 methods of marketing that we have the skills to do TODAY and then we can also have a plan to acquire and incorporate new skills as well.
The key is having a way to make money and recruit people NOW (even if we have to do some stuff we'd prefer not to do) and a plan to expand our businesses so we only have to do activities we really enjoy in the future.
We can't let a week go by with no cash flow or recruits.
If we do...we are in trouble.
Hope that makes sense :)
Diane
