The Making of a Reliv Shake

One of the biggest questions I am always asked is how do you take your Reliv Shake. Well, sometime it is better to see then write.

1 scoop Classic

1/2 Innergize (this can be more or less depending on what you are looking for in taste.)

1/2 FibRestore (recommended one scoop a day so I do half a scoop in each shake)

Remember that the best results with your health will come when you take two shakes a day.
