You need trust too.
That only comes when you are perfectly honest with people, no hype, no wild claims and when you're caught in a lie you admit it and stop doing it.
That takes someone with integrity and those without will always be caught out sooner or later.

And you are right I hate hype. I also know people who are accused of things by people who just do not know the whole story. So Trust is important. That is why people who feel they can not trust someone should not join them. I must admit I said somethings I left out info in a hurry to reply not good but not a lie.
