Building your MLM Tribe
Building a Tribe is all about Leadership and working together on a common goal that is bigger than everyone of us in Network Marketing. For your business if you do not have a Vision or any of the 4 things spoke about in this video you will most definitely perish and find yourself in the Network Marketing grave yards where so many Network Marketers are buried now.
So what is a tribe anyway? The Webster Dictionary has a few meanings but this one below is somewhat of what I am writing about.
A group of people sharing an occupation, interest, or habit
In Network Marketing there are many tribes of people, and the tribe I belong to is a group of individuals that loveNOT having an inventory of products and services and one that creates residual income by doing an action one time. However, in order to build a tribe you need the buy in from the people in your organization.
John C Maxwell always states that Leadership = Influence nothing more and nothing less. So if you are able to create a Tribe, which is just a few people that want to do something willingly for free without an agenda is what creates the magic. So how do you go about creating a tribe around Network Marketing and your Direct Sales company?
I have outlined four points that I feel are crucial to you building or joining a tribe, and some of the elements that I left out are below. But nobody is more of an Expert than Seth Godin when speaking about tribes and his book below breaks it down even further.
P.S – If you are looking to partner with a Tribe of Network Marketers, that market online and offline and teach each other how to effectively run an Online business, you may want to take a peek.
- Belonging to something Bigger than you
- Buying into the system totally
- Not second guessing the system
- Not only going 50% / 100% of the time.
