Recruiting fire

Reports have shown that 9 out 10 people drop out in 90 days. If you do it right they will still remain your customer for your products.

Right on

Thanks for keeping this real.

I enjoyed this video and your perspective on creating enough momentum in building a large downline.

Too many network marketers do get stuck with the twigs and never graduate onto the big logs. Now they know how to get to the big logs.

Loved the Analogy!

Tom, You did a great job bringing your point home using the fire. (It was priceless to watch your girls help you eagerly! Way to include your family!)

Thanks for sharing with the community. I look forward to your next lessen.

Live Great!

Get Some Water, Tom's On Fire!

Good stuff Tom,

You're already turning up the heat in this new year...

Your brigade was a nice touch and your burning desire to ignite your team really burns through...

Keep up the good work and remember, where there's smoke, there's fire...

Great lesson

Thanks for a great visual Tom. The team effort by the family made this even better. Very refreshing:)

What A Fire!

Awesome Tom! It is a great dose of reality, but so true. Talk about lead by example, we tip our hat to your little, yet, BIG helpers! Way to go!

Thanks again for the shot of inspiration. It is a time of reflection for me right now, to figure out what I am not doing right, stop it, do the right things, and build that momentum.

God Bless,
Joe Young

That was Perfect

Thank you Tom for that video. It was a great reminder that this is a process.

I loved all your little helpers too! How adorable!

Thanks again!

That's good!

What a great analogy and as the above reader put it, it is a process.

Thank you for posting this. And on a side note...it is so refreshing to see you involving your whole family in the process. Priceless.

Much success,
Rachel E.

Another Fire Side Video

Tom... Perfect Video! Good for you, my friend. The analogy was amazing. involving your family made it all that... "REAL". I like your style. All the best to you and your family.

Great way to use

Great way to use entertainment to catch our attention! Remember this is a numbers game so the more people you have in your downline the better your chance you have at bringing in superstars in. It is more productive to recruit top producers than multiple average distributors in your business.
