Ever have a file on one computer that you need to be able to open from a different computer? Or have a file that you keep copies of on two different computers, but always have to worry about which copy is most recent?

Whenever you modify a synchronized file, the new version is automatically uploaded to your SugarSync account, and then copied onto the hard drives of any computers you have connected to that account, so you'll always have access to all of the most recent versions of your files.
