The Master Mindset - Business Frustration #10
For the past few weeks I've been involved in a coaching program that is focused on making positive changes within 90 days.
Part of that program is a series of homework assignments that are meant to trigger massive change in your mindset, your work routine, your family life, your physical well-being, etc. Whatever you choose to focus on.
The latest homework assignment is to produce 10 videos that explain our biggest frustrations in starting a new business.
This is video #10.
"If you are the smartest person on your team, then your team is in trouble." - Robert Kiyosaki's rich dad
I have had an incredibly frustrating time keeping myself out of the things I should not be doing and hiring the right people on my team to handle those things.
I am such a "if you want something done right, do it yourself" person. It is really hard for me to let go and rely on someone else to do things for me.
But, I know if I want to be in the 'B" quadrant of the CASHFLOW Quadrant, a business owner that can step away and have the business survive, then I NEED to find good people to handle these things for me.
That is especially frustrating when you are starting a new business and cash flow is tight and you want things done right.
But that is exactly what needs to happen. You have to get the right people on your team in order for your team to be successful.
So, take a look at the video and let me know if it resonates with you.

Beautiful series!
I haven’t quite reached the point in my business where this is even a concern (cuz I’m a one man show) but I can definitely see how it would be a major frustration.
You have to stay focused on what you do best and not let yourself get distracted from you true genius. This whole video series has been awesome and thank you so much for sharing!
