The Master Mindset - Business Frustration #9

For the past few weeks I've been involved in a coaching program that is focused on making positive changes within 90 days.

Part of that program is a series of homework assignments that are meant to trigger massive change in your mindset, your work routine, your family life, your physical well-being, etc. Whatever you choose to focus on.

The latest homework assignment is to produce 10 videos that explain our biggest frustrations in starting a new business.

This is video #9.

Robert Kiyosaki taught me that the business owner or visionary or entrepreneur MUST live in the future in order to be successful.

That is where the opportunities are seized, where the deals are made, where the new products are invented.

Living in the present is where the production happens. Where customer service is handled. Where product is shipped.

That is NOT the place for the visionary in a business. That is wasted time when the business owner is in that space.

The past is where legal and accounting do their work. Certainly NOT where the entrepreneur wants to spend his/her time.

One of the biggest frustrations for me, jumping into the business world has been staying in the future and out of the present and past. The future is where I am the most effective - where my genius comes out.

Everyone has a genius. Entrepreneurs realize their genius in the future, where ides are spawned and marketing and sales live.

That is where I need to be.
