What is Important in the Role of a Sponsor

What is important is that the person can actually help you and will help you, I have heard so many stories of top earners completely ignorning their downlines request for help, that it saddens me to see such little upline support for some people. I dont believe that your success is dependent on your sponsor, but it sure helps to have someone who is supportive and willing to give you their time.
